FACILITIES GUIDELINES

  • Submission does not guarantee approval.

  • Please allow up to 2 weeks to process your request.

  • Following your event, you are responsible for leaving the room(s) as you found them.

  • Our Hospitality Team assists with set up and clean up (additional fees may apply).

  • AV and sound equipment is available. However, only approved sound technicians may use our equipment and that requires an additional fee.

  • Alcohol is not allowed on Restoration Church campus and grounds.

  • Restoration Church is a smoke-free facility.

  • No personal business or fundraising either for self or a non-Restoration ministry is allowed.

  • A certificate of insurance is required for all events.

FACILITIES & EQUIPMENT FEES*

  • Family Room (Main Meeting Area) - $175 (Church Member - $100)

  • Cafe - $125 (Church Member - $75)

  • RE:Kids Area - $125 (Church Member - $75)

  • Family Room & Cafe - $250 (Church Member - $150)

  • Family Room, Cafe, & RE:Kids Area - $300 (Church Member - $175)

  • Rehearsal Date (if scheduled on different day than event) - $50

  • AV and Sound Equipment - $50

    *30% of the total fee will be required as a down payment with remaining balance due 2 weeks before event.
