A WORD FROM OUR PASTOR
Wow, what crazy times we are living in right now! It seems that there are 2 distinct sides to what is happening at the moment. One side is screaming that everything is going to “hell in a hand basket”! While the other side is stating that there is nothing to worry about and we all need to just calm down.
I want to take the middle road on this as much as possible. I don’t think we should overreact, but we should respond. So let’s use this time to BE THE CHURCH and worship God wherever you may be.
Keep your leaders in prayer, as they have to make extremely hard decisions with a lot of unknown thrown into the equation.
Be on the look out for each other, SHOW THE LOVE of Jesus to your neighbors. Let His LIGHT shine through this time.
GIVE back in anyway you can, SERVING the needs of the church and others. And TRUST that no matter what is happening, GOD IS IN CONTROL!
Remember what Jesus says in John 14:1, “Let not your hearts be troubled. Believe in God. Believe also in Me.” Amen!
We are praying for you. Together we are praying for our region, our nation, and our world. The word “corona” means crown. May the Lord use what we are going through as a world to bring more people into His Kingdom through faith in the King: Our Lord Jesus Christ. Thank you for being THE CHURCH!
