BAGEL FEST 2023 VOLUNTEER INFO

PARKING

Broadway will be closed starting at 6AM, so you will need to park in the public parking located behind our building. You can access parking by going on North Street.

T-SHIRTS

Please wear a Restoration Church T-Shirt (Preferably last year’s White Bagel Fest t-shirt if you have one). If you do not have a t-shirt, we will have t-shirts available at the festival.

TIMES

We will be setting up starting @ 7AM. The festival will begin at 9am - 4pm. We will need help cleaning and breaking down from 4pm-5pm. You are welcome to serve anytime throughout the day, but please make sure you at least cover the specific times you signed up for.

BATHROOMS

There are portable bathrooms set up right next to our area. However, the bathrooms at our building will be available for use as well.

KIDS

You are welcome to bring your kiddos, in fact, we encourage it! However, we are not able to watch your kids, so please keep that if mind as well.

WHAT WE WILL BE DOING

We will have 3 Bounce Houses set up and will need volunteers to man each one. We will also need volunteers working the registration table as parents need to sign a waiver for their kids to use the bounce houses.

We will be having a giveaway as well, and will need people working at that table which will also have info about restoration and various Gospel booklets.

We do have a few bags to hand out this year, but will be handing them out from the table.

We will be looking for opportunities to be praying with people as well.
